Preface
This web page was designed and implemented by
African-American employees who are victims of corporate discrimination. It
is our intent to inform other African-Americans who have been discriminated
against on the importance of Civil Rights litigation and to encourage their
active participation in prosecuting violators of this legislation.
Furthermore, it is our intent to remove the negative stigma tied to the
rightful prosecution of corporate race discrimination violators.
In the summer of 1997 Sikorsky Aircraft's racially
discriminatory employment policies and practices brought seven
African-American employees together to file a
complaint in US District Court
against the Connecticut based aircraft manufacture. A great deal of
the
litigation and laws applicable to this case have been
posted here for your review. It's our intent to remove the
negative stigma tied to the rightful prosecution of corporate race
discrimination violators. Take time to read Keith
Prioleau's memo to discriminated employees.
